New Year, New Look
Happy New Year! AECbytes is starting the year
2006 with a new look. Hope you find it pleasing
to the eye and easy to read and navigate.
AECbytes starts this month by publishing its
second annual selection of reader responses and
feedback received in 2005. In the absence of a
formal "Letters to the Editor" section,
this selection, captured in AECbytes
Viewpoint #21, serves to showcase what readers
think about the publication and the issues that
it covers.
Also on the agenda are two newsletters capturing
the conference highlights and product annoucements
of two key trade shows being held in January:
Macworld
2006 in San Francisco from Jan 10 to Jan 13,
and Technology
for Construction 2006 in Las Vegas from Jan
16 to Jan 19. Similar to last year, the Technology
for Construction conference features an Executive
Forum, which will be covered in this month's Building
the Future series, along with some general
sessions I was able to attend.
Last but not the least, don't miss the four Tips
and Tricks articles published this month:
Master
Layouts in ArchiCAD's PlotMaker
Creating
More Specific Wall Tools in Autodesk Architectural
Desktop
"Get
it to Go" in ArchiCAD
Flattening
PDF Annotations in Adobe Acrobat
Thank you!
