MEPcontent offers up-to-date BIM objects from MEP manufacturers. It is the largest BIM library for MEP engineers offering DWG, RFA and IFC files. These files can be downloaded for free and are openly available: any engineer and designer can use it. MEPcontent offers more than 500,000 articles from more than 270 (international) manufacturers such as ABB, De Dietrich, Flamco, Geberit, Grundfos, Mitsubishi Electric, OBO Bettermann, Oventrop, Vaillant, Viega and others. ARCAT is the leading online resource of FREE building product information and offers a wide variety of tools for the AEC community. We have the most extensive and up to date specification library. Our CAD detail library has over 7000 details in DWG and other formats. SpecWizard is a valuable tool for any specwriter. It automatically configures a complete CSI 3-Part formatted specification in just minutes. ARCATgreen reports LEED credits for the building project and materials. The ARCAT BIM library has thousands of data-rich BIM objects and systems, all available in RFA, RVT, DWG, and other formats. The ARCAT e-Directory is an online publication of hundreds of building products. We also have an ARCAT app available for the iPhone, iPad and Android devices. All of these products, plus manufacturer catalogs and videos can be used and downloaded free of charge.



UL SPOT is a web-based product sustainability information tool that facilitates the selection of credible green products and enables the design community to apply that information into the Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflow. Currently featuring more than 45,000 products, the SPOT database is the first of its kind tool for architects, designers and specifiers to identify products by sustainable attributes, MasterFormat product codes and building rating system credits such as LEED v4 and the WELL Building Standard. UL's SPOT app is available for both iOS and Android. It has a Revit plug-in that allows Revit users to access product data from SPOT and assign it directly to their project.
